Still River Editions offers two types of mounting substrates, 3/16" black Gatorfoam® and 3/4" or 1 1/ 2 " standouts.
Mounting is available in sizes up to 40"x60".
3/16" Black Gatorfoam ®

Gatorfoam® is a durable and lightweight board used to mount photographs and other media such as watercolor papers and canvases. It consists of a core of black polystyrene foam bonded on both sides with wood fibers impregnated with resin.
Still River Editions has chosen Gatorfoam® over standard foamcore because of it qualities not to warp, dent easily, and will not absorb moisture. Pricing for mounting on 3/16" black Gatorfoam® is done by the square foot |
Standouts - Ready To Hang

Standout mounts are a thick rigid polystyrene foam with a finished clean edge in black. Standout mounts offer a unique look to prints and allow them to be displayed without framing. They come with mounting holes on the rear, ready for hanging. They are available in two thicknesses - 3/4" and 11/2". Due to the construction of them they are only available in standard sizes with a maximum size of 40"x60". Please allow four extra days for this service, the standouts are custom ordered, we do not keep them in stock. Price does not include cost of print.
